BEST Grandma in the WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!
Sue (Wiesmeyer) Crosson-Knutson
The dearest, sweetest soul. Always had a positive outlook. Looked on the bright side of life - even when she confirmed that I had the German measles at age 18. I'll never forget Mrs. Schaeffer.
Karen Lobodzinski
Your Grandma Flo sounded like an amazing woman! Words cannot express how deeply sorry for your loss.

The best aunt ever! I'll miss your birthday cards and phone calls. You made a cheesecake that nobody could ever replicate. Love you!

I'll always cherish our sharing a cup of morning coffee on the patio of the Sails in Florda. Just a drop of cream. May our Lord welcome her to his Loving Arm as she is reunited wtih her Joe, anddb Bill & Betty.

Aunt Flash! The legend. The last redhead of the “Let Me Call You Sweetheart” siblings; our last true member of the Greatest Generation. Chicago-tough as nails, sweet as pie, and feisty as all get out- you were one of a kind. Now, roll up the rug and move the furniture up in Heaven and dance with Uncle Joe and the crew once again. Florence Schaeffer was not just my mother in law, she was my mom. She was there when I had each of my kids, she was there when my son Zachary died. I enjoyed our monthly chats on the phone and her cards she sent for my birthday, Christmas, Valentine's Day. So glad I saved them. It's hard for me to imagine a world without her love, friendship, kindness, and caring in it. I loved how she got feisty in her older age! Love you forever.

Another Matriarch now looking down on us from Heaven. A long and full life had. Aunt Flo will be so missed.
Susan Zelasko
Our matriarch is gone and our family gatherings will never be the same. When Aunt Flo was in the room, you knew you were loved. While talking to Flo, she made you feel that your conversation was the most important thing she had going for the day. We are missing her here, but there are so many that have been waiting for her upstairs. I’m sure there is a big homecoming party going on up there!!! :)
