Great-Grandmother of Zack, Gianna, Caden, Gwen, Mira, Emmett, Ben and A.J. Dear Sister of Anna Marie (the late Joseph) Militello and the late Jo Ann Miranda, the late Marge Stomp. Fond Aunt and Friend of many. Visitation Thursday from 3 until 8 PM at Rago Brothers Funeral Home 7751 West Irving Park Road, Chicago. Funeral Friday 9:30 AM at the Rago Brothers Funeral Home to St. Eugene Church, 10:30 am mass. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Member of various senior clubs at St. Eugene Church.

Frances has been a life long friend of my Dad, Charles Bolwin. I remember meeting her and Frank at several family gatherings and enjoyed hearing all about my dad, Frank’s, and her family stories from their youth. Frances and my dad have always kept in touch and I know that he talked to her several times these last few months.
