I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Frank many years during his career with MWRDGC. Always a valuable, knowledable, and dependable plant operations supervisor, with a quick wit and energetic personality. I was surprised a few months ago passing through TSA security at Ohare, tapped me on the shoulder and said I needed to follow him for further check, had a good laugh. good man , gone too soon !
