Deepest sympathy to all the loved ones of Joe. I worked in 020 in the 70's and early 80's and could always count on Joe being behind, but most of the time in front of me when needed. He was a good man and a good officer and always had a laugh for or with you. Miss you Brother, Rest In Peace.
