The Popadiuk Family
Salvatore was our neighbor and good friend for almost 20 years. He was a dedicated father, husband and great soccer coach. Our families hung out together and our kids all went to school together. He was a big part of the fabric of our neighborhood, always full of energy and zest. We will miss him at the 4th of July parade this year. God bless him as the Lord will be by his side now. We miss you Sal. The Popadiuk's.

I am so sorry for your loss. I never met Sal personally, but as a long-time parishioner of St. Ansgar, I saw him perform in the parish plays. May God console your hearts and grant you His peace. May all the joys of Heaven be yours, Sal!

My sincerest condolences go out to his family, friends and colleagues. I have known Sal for many years. He always had a smile on his face. He was a positive, energetic, and caring person. He will be very missed by many. God bless Sal with His Love, Comfort and Peace. Mishalle Roza-Ingram

Sal was a devoted soccer coach. He never coached my kids, was always heard joyously coaching the opposing teams. He was a friendly rival of Coach Bob's (my daughter's coach). My kids are shocked and saddened by his murder.
