Dad loved you kids more than anything. An unbelievably kind and generous man to all. He was always willing to listen and offer insight and a funny story or three. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. He was more than a dear friend to me, he was a father.

My heart is truly broken. Vince was an incredible man and a great teacher!! His funny stories and examples were fun to listen to! He treated everyone like family! He was like a father to me. Hugs and prayers to your entire family. I’m sorry I cannot be there in person to honor his life! Xoxo

So sorry for your loss. I worked in the same office with Vince – he use to drive me crazy with the coffee - Most mornings I would start the coffee and Vince would be right there looking over my shoulder. “Eileen, hurry, move over” (as if I didn’t know what was coming up next) – he would grab the pot and pour the first cups that came out - he’d say those are the strongest – I’d say “makes the rest of the pot weaker”. I’d smile - He’d smile. He sure did love his children – always speaking very highly of them. Great memories. May God keep him in the palm of his hands - Rest in Peace.

Vincent had a million stories. Even if I heard the story before, I would want to listen to it again . My personal favorite was when he shared his memory of having a bruschetta that his mom made for him and all the siblings in the old country. She would make it when the dinner wasn't quite ready yet. Mark and Eva served the same bruschetta at their fabulous wedding as an appetizer. We had a great laugh reminiscing at the wedding. He was one of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever known. Rest in peace.

I don’t have enough words to describe the pain of losing a teacher, mentor, father-figure, but most of all, a wonderful friend, of almost 40 years. However, how blessed have we all been to have known this man who touched so many lives. In business, and in my personal life, I often have used the phrase “what would Vince do in this situation?” I will of course use it more often now because I will not be able to call him for the answer. Besides his own knowledge and wisdom, he would often share with me what he learned from his mother. From how he described her, she was wise beyond her years, and era. I’m sure they are reunited again, along with his father, and telling him “you did good son”. Lastly, and most importantly, I am a better father today by following his advice, and the example he set. He raised 3 wonderful kids whom he was very proud of! Until we meet again my dear friend, may you rest in eternal peace.

What a great man. I had the pleasure of having my office down the hall from Vince for over 10 years. I will miss his laugh and all those great jokes that he had as well as eating panzarotti with him. He always had great fatherly advice and was always willing to help. He will be dearly missed. Rest in peace my friend.

Lynne, Amy and Mark, I am so sorry for your tremendous loss. Vince had an amazing personality and I remember working outside of his office and he would be singing and drinking his macchiato and if someone walked into the room greet them with his bright smile. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

The Bernardi family - Giovanna, Pia and Giovanni
The Bernardi family, moved into Long Grove , next door to Vince and his family ,a few months after the Sansonetti family had moved in. Vince had made a point on the first day of our move —to welcome us..Within one hour , we were at his home , having expresso- and Panettone—-with his beautiful Family . From that moment we had ,a very close connection .. Phyllis would walk with Lynne to our hone and I would do therapy’ on her legs … almost every day —- Vince always felt secure that we were there to care fie his family . It is true that he was totally dedicated to his family .. it was always doing the best for them. His smile was a mile long —-his eyes were as warm as his heart… A true gift from God— We will Miss him -_ He wil always be in our prayers . Condolences to the entire Sansonetti family Our best always Giovanna and Pia
