
Jacqueline Cacciatore, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2024. Born on January 14, 1943, Jacqueline was a dedicated and hardworking individual, widely recognized in her community as the loving owner of Gene's Deli in Elmwood Park. She was not only a successful businesswoman but also a beautiful and caring mother to three sons.
Jacqueline was a spirited person, known for her love of cooking. She enjoyed cocktail hours with friends and family too. She found joy in simple pleasures, from playing bingo to watching her favorite TV shows, all of which brought her happiness and relaxation. Her warmth and dedication extended beyond her family and business, touching the lives of many people who knew her.
She is survived by her sons, Nicholas S. Cacciatore, Timothy A. Cacciatore, Eugene J. Cacciatore and step daughter Lisa Malcom; her daughters-in-law Janice and Kristi; her cherished grandchildren Nicholas, Matthew, Kyle, Olivia, and Ella Cacciatore; and her sister, Donna Virgilio. As well as her many nieces and nephews Jacqueline was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Eugene "Lefty" Cacciatore, as well as her mother, Ina (Hartford) Garrison, and her father, Walter Garrison.
Jacqueline's life was a testament to her enduring love and commitment to her family and friends. Her legacy of kindness, strength, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed.
